Terms of use
Short version: your material and your courses stay yours, the studio stays ours, and every draft the AI produces is yours to check before you teach from it.
Last updated: 3 August 2026
Who these terms are between
These terms apply when you create a Coursition account and use the course studio yourself. They are an agreement between you and Coursition s.r.o.
Your account
You need an account to use the studio. Give us a working email address, keep your password to yourself, and treat everything done through your account as done by you. Tell us at info@coursition.com if you think someone else got in.
What Coursition does
Coursition takes the material you upload and drafts learning objectives, an activity plan and course content from it. You review and edit every step, and nothing is published anywhere by us.
Your material and your courses
Your source material stays yours, and so do the courses you build from it. You give us permission to store and process that material for one purpose only: running the service for you. By uploading, you confirm you are allowed to use the material and to have us process it.
AI-generated drafts
Course drafts are produced by AI models. They can be wrong, incomplete or one-sided, and AI output is not always protected by copyright. Read and edit every draft before you put it in front of learners. Coursition is a drafting tool, not a substitute for your judgement.
What you must not do
While using Coursition, please do not:
- resell, rent out or sublicense access to the studio,
- copy, reverse engineer or rebuild the software behind it,
- upload unlawful material or material you have no right to use,
- try to break, overload, or get around the security of the service.
Availability
We work to keep Coursition up, but the service is provided as it is. We may change, add or retire features, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Liability
We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or by gross negligence, and for anything the law does not allow us to exclude. Beyond that we are not liable for lost profit, lost data, or the consequences of publishing a course draft you did not review.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used unlawfully, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us. After closure we delete the content in the account.
Governing law
Czech law applies. We would rather sort a disagreement out by talking to you; if that fails, it is decided by the Czech court with jurisdiction over Coursition's registered office.
Business customers
If your organisation signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement governs its use of Coursition and these terms only fill the gaps it leaves.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and we tell you before a material change takes effect. If you do not accept a change, you can close your account.
